"One record of [Assange’s] entire archive” was effectively purloined, and without it, attorney Gareth Peirce mentioned it has made putting together a defense in his extradition case more difficult.
I wish all journalists had your professionalism, your diligence, and your principles. You are a lifeline to us wanting to push the needle of justice in the right direction. If- no WHEN- Julian Assange is freed, you will be among those we can thank.
It amazes me about the shear lengths they went to on multiple levels to spy, harass and psychologically torture him. Anyone who saw him was spied on, intruded upon and harassed also. While I am very satisfied this is now on record, I'd be more satisfied if they'd throw this case out already. Not that I care much for Hollywood nowadays, but, I can see Oliver Stone making an Oscar winning, historic spy movie where Julian is the hero at the end... thank you so much for all you continue to do in his defense!
Spying and Harassing people by the Government is routine now in America and has been almost since the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act was first established. We, The People, have very little, if any Freedoms left under the P. Act as it basically removes the little we did enjoy before 9/11. Any Law that allows Warrants issued by Secret Rubber-Stamp FISA Courts and the usage of NSLs W/O Warrants belong in a Police State NOT a Free Democracy as America Purports to be.
The most thorough piece that I have read on this specific aspect/circumstance that happened in this case. Now, does anyone have evidence if the scaffolding surrounding Julian's London home related to the surveillance setup? It felt very fishy at the time. Thank you Kevin for a well written piece. This case never should have taken place. I pray Julian Assange is released.
Appreciate your comment Gary. You're right - it's a political prosecution. Even the Obama Justice Department that waged a war on whistleblowers knew not to cross this line and prosecute Assange. We're in a brave new world for journalists.

Thank you for your support, Jill
My question is: why isn't your piece on the front page of all the major dailies? Nah, you don't need to answer that. Sigh.
I second your comments. I relied heavily on Kevin's daily tweets and analysis to understand what was going on in the hearing.
I appreciate your comment. It is good to know what I did was effective and helped people follow the trial more closely.
